General information

melowe.se sells clothing online to private individuals in Sweden. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID for parcel deliveries. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a legal guardian, who will also assist in collecting the package.

Orders

Orders are placed via our website, melowe.se. If you have any questions regarding how to place an order, you are welcome to contact our customer service.

By completing a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions and consent to your personal data being registered in our customer database. A purchase agreement is only confirmed once we have sent an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

In the event of errors such as incorrect pricing, inventory discrepancies, delivery times, or product information/images, we reserve the right to correct such errors retrospectively. If you are not satisfied with the correction, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge.

Discount codes may only be used once per purchase and cannot be combined with other discount, compensation, or reimbursement codes.

All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices on our products at any time.

Delivery & Shipping Costs

Shipping cost: We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. The shipping fee depends on the delivery country and will be calculated at checkout.

Melowe cannot guarantee delivery for items that were not in stock at the time the order was placed or for items that have already left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping method if the carrier causes a delay.

Payment Options

- Klarna Checkout
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout will display the payment options available to you. Regardless of which payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna’s partners handles the payment transaction, while the purchase of the product or service is made directly from the store. Any product- or service-related questions should therefore be directed to the store.

Payment options currently offered via Klarna Checkout may include invoice, account credit, card payment, or direct bank payment. Invoice is the default payment option.

- Klarna Faktura
When paying with Klarna Invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never need to enter your card details and always pay after receiving your goods.

  • Always receive your item before paying

  • Payment term: always 14 days

  • No card details required

  • Always 14 days right of withdrawal in accordance with distance selling legislation*

  • Download your invoices from klarna.se

  • Option to pay in installments

If payment is not made on time, a reminder fee of 50 SEK and default interest of 26.00% will be charged. A credit check is carried out at the time of purchase, which in some cases means that a credit report will be obtained. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation. Klarna processes personal data for customer analysis, identification, credit checks, and marketing. Personal identity numbers are used as customer numbers for customer management purposes.

Does not apply to all goods and services, such as flights, events, or custom-made products.

- Klarna Account

A payment method for those who want to choose how much they pay each month. With Klarna Account, you always receive your goods before paying and collect all purchases on one account — even if you shop from multiple stores using Klarna Account. This means one invoice regardless of the number of purchases.

  • Always receive your item before paying

  • Pay from 50 SEK/month or 1/24 of the total amount

  • No card details required

  • All purchases gathered on one account and one invoice

  • Shop now — pay at the end of the following month

  • Invoice fee of 29 SEK, regardless of number of purchases

  • You may repay the full amount at any time

Example: For a purchase of 10,000 SEK with Klarna Account basic terms, the setup fee is 0 SEK. The annual interest rate is 19.90%, corresponding to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The total credit cost is 11,458 SEK. The number of installments is 12, with each installment amounting to 955 SEK. This example assumes repayment over one year.

A credit check is carried out at the time of purchase, which may result in a credit report being obtained. You will then receive a copy by post

Card Payment

Sale/Offers

Sales apply while stocks last. Offers without a clearly stated end date apply while stocks last. Melowe reserves the right to sell out, which may result in partial deliveries. During major campaigns, inventory levels may not update fast enough; in such cases, Melowe reserves the right to cancel orders placed after stock has been depleted.

Delivery Terms

Delivery times are stated in each product’s information section. Delivery time for in-stock items is normally 3–5 business days.

Please note: During major campaigns and public holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high volume at shipping carriers.

The delivery times shown on the website are preliminary. For more precise delivery times for specific products, please contact us at kontakt@melowe.se.

We do not assume financial responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

In the event of a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge if delivery exceeds the promised delivery time.

Delivery is made from our warehouse to the delivery address you specify. Items are delivered to a pickup point. Our carriers reserve the right to choose the shipping provider. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that the buyer can be reached during delivery. Risk for the goods transfers to the buyer upon receipt.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the package together with the carrier and noting any visible damage on the delivery note.

If you place an order but fail to collect your shipment before it is returned to us (parcels approx. 14 days, letters 14 days), we will charge an extra fee for handling.

You have a 30-day right of return in accordance with consumer protection laws. Please see our return policy for instructions.

Return Fee

We offer a 30-day return policy.

Return cost: The return fee depends on the delivery country.

To return an item, email kontakt@melowe.se with details of what you wish to return. Attach the return label included with your order and leave the package at your local pickup point. A return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued as soon as we have received and approved the return.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Delivery Damage

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the package together with the carrier and reporting any visible damage on the delivery documentation.

Delivery Obstructions

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer (e.g. email or phone number for notifications), a fee will be charged. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. The recipient must be able to present valid identification when collecting the package.

If you schedule delivery with one of our carriers but are unable to receive the goods, you must notify the carrier as soon as possible to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a delivery obstruction fee equivalent to the carrier’s charges.
