1. Can I exchange or return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving your package. The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

If the product shows stains, damage, or other defects that prevent it from being resold, the return may be rejected.

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Melowe is not responsible for delays or lost packages related to returns.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase and are processed as quickly as possible.

 

2. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. However, you may return the items once you have received them. In the case of a return, the full amount will be refunded minus a return fee.

 

3. What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

 

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

5. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. The shipping fee depends on the delivery country and will be calculated at checkout.

 

6. How much does a return cost?

The return fee depends on the delivery country.
